Balanced
|
The Balanced Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation,
current income, and preservation of capital with moderate fluctuation in
share prices. It invests in a diversified portfolio of approximately 60%
in common stocks and 40% in Fixed Income securities and cash reserves. The
fund is designed for investors who seek to balance the potential
appreciation of common stocks with income and relative stability of bonds
over the long term. |
|
Blue Chip Growth
|
The Blue Chip Growth Fund seeks long-term growth of
capital through investing primarily in common stocks of well-established
companies with the potential for above-average growth in earnings. Current
income is a secondary objective. The fund is intended for equity investors
who can accept the risks and potential rewards inherent in a fund seeking
capital appreciation through investment in 'Blue Chip' growth companies. |
|
Equity Income
|
The Equity Income Fund seeks substantial dividend income,
as well as long-term capital appreciation, by investing primarily in
dividend paying common stocks of established companies. In selecting such
stocks, the fund emphasizes companies that appear to be temporarily
undervalued by various measures, such as price/earnings ratios. The fund
is intended for investors who can accept the price volatility inherent in
common stock investing. |
|
Equity Index 500
|
The Equity Index 500 fund seeks to match the investment
performance of the U.S. equity market, as represented by the Standard and
Poor's 500 Composite Stock Index. The fund, which is not actively managed,
is intended for investors who seek long-term capital growth with modest
dividend income and can accept the price volatility inherent in common
stock investing. |
|
International Stock
|
The International Stock fund seeks long-term growth of
capital by investing primarily in common stocks of established, non-U.S.
companies. The fund is intended for long-term investors who can accept the
price volatility inherent in common stock investing, as well as risks
unique to international investing, such as changes in currency values. |
|
Mid-Cap Growth
|
The Mid-Cap Growth fund seeks long term growth of capital
by investing primarily in the common stocks of medium sized companies with
the potential for above average growth. The fund's investments are
expected to represent less risk than faster growing small company stocks
but more than investments in large, well established businesses. The fund
is intended for long term investors who can accept the price volatility
inherent in common stock investing. |
|
New Horizons
|
The New Horizons Fund seeks long-term growth of capital
through investment primarily in common stocks of small, rapidly growing
companies. Stocks of smaller companies may be subject to more abrupt or
erratic price movements than larger-company securities. This fund is
intended for long-term investors who can accept the price volatility
inherent in common stock investing, especially the potentially greater
price fluctuations of emerging growth companies. |
|
Value Fund
|
The Value Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by
investing primarily in common stocks believed to be undervalued. Income is
a secondary objective. Stocks of large, U.S. Companies are expected to
predominate, but small-company stocks, convertible securities, bonds and
foreign securities may also be included in the portfolio. The fund is
intended for long term investors who can accept the price volatility
inherent in common stock investing. |

Blended Stable Value Fund
|
The Sun Chemical Blended Stable Value Fund's objective is
to provide principal stability and a high level of monthly income. The
Fund takes the existing guaranteed investment contracts currently held by
the Sun Chemical 401k Plan and combines them with the T.Rowe Price's
Stable Value fund. The existing GICs owned by the Plan were issued by
insurance companies selected by Sun Chemical. As these existing GICs
mature, the monies will be invested in the T.Rowe Price Stable Value fund.
Ultimately, this fund will consist solely of the T.Rowe Price Stable Value
fund, which invests principally in investment contracts issued by high
quality insurance companies and banks. |
Income
|
New Income
|
The New Income Fund seeks the highest level of income
consistent with the preservation of capital over time by investing at
least 80% of assets in marketable, income producing debt securities. The
fund may be appropriate for investors who seek a higher income than that
of a short term bond fund, and can accept the greater risk of price
fluctuations. The fund is not a money market fund, and its price and yield
will fluctuate. |
